At ShawaShop, every product is made to order, printed individually based on your custom design or selection. Because of this, we can only accept returns or issue refunds in limited cases. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Made-to-Order Policy
All of our products are custom printed on demand, which means they are created specifically for you once your order is placed.
As a result, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Wrong size, color, or design selected by the customer

Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
Please check your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take product quality seriously. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To request a replacement or refund:

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect or incorrect product.

Our support team will review your case and respond within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we will:

Send you a replacement at no extra cost, or

Issue a partial or full refund (depending on the situation)
Note: Refunds or replacements will not be issued if the customer provides incorrect shipping details or fails to report the issue within 7 days.
3. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package does not arrive within 30 business days from shipment, please contact us at [email protected].
We will help track your order with the carrier. If it is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement at no charge.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours after purchase, as production begins shortly after.
After this period, we cannot cancel your order since it will already be in the printing process.
5. Refund Process
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Clearance or sale items
7. Responsibility for Return Shipping (if applicable)
If we request a product to be returned for inspection, you may need to cover the return shipping cost unless the item was defective or incorrect.
